All services are conducted via Zoom which allows for a shared and interactive experience.

Program 1: Wellbeing in the face of COVID-19

1 hour via Zoom
Up to 15 participants

This facilitated workshop draws together aspects of our Mindfulness, Wellbeing & Resilience programs to create a theoretical platform from which to come together and build practical and specific strategies to address the anxiety we all feel in the face of the Covid-19 crisis.

Program 2: Building Resilience

1 hour via Zoom (longer, more in-depth options also available)
Up to 15 participants

Resilience can be defined as one’s capacity to successfully adapt to challenging situations or change. Resilience is not simply an inbuilt mechanism – it can be taught and it can be strengthened. This short workshop introduces participants to a range of strategies designed to build resilience and is perhaps more important now than ever before. Read more about our Resilience programs here.

Program 3: Mental Health Awareness

1 hour – 2 hours via Zoom
Up to 15 participants

Studies are clear that mental health issues associated with the stress and anxiety of the Covid-19 pandemic are on the rise, and further exacerbated by the current lockdowns in place in large parts of the country. It is therefore essential that now, more than ever before, your managers and staff are equipped to recognise the signs of mental illness, know how to reach out, and how to offer the right kind of assistance. Read more about our Mental Health Awareness programs here.

Program 4: Thriving at Home: Adapting to your WFH Environment

1 hour via Zoom
Up to 15 participants

Designed for organisations whose staff are now largely working from home, this program aims to bring your staff together for a facilitated discussion about their new working environment. Participants will be able to share their specific concerns and anxieties, address the needs of their teams, and together develop a framework to enhance their productivity and positivity whilst working in physical isolation. Topics may include: creative approaches to online communication, staying connected, when & how to take a break, motivating & managing your team remotely, emotional resilience and positive thinking. This program can be adapted to workplaces who are offering flexible/hybrid working solutions, or who are looking to support their staff to return to work at the office.

Program 5: Stay Calm & Connected with Weekly Meditation Sessions

20 mins via Zoom
Up to 40 participants

Forget the water-cooler! In these unprecedented times, take 20 minutes out of your working day to meet together and de-stress with a guided meditation by one of our expert mindfulness practitioners.
