Harnessing Innovation: Psychological Safety at Work

Psychological Safety training is an essential step in harnessing innovation and enabling collaboration within the workplace.

The best companies are those that embrace innovative thought and action. Studies now acknowledge a psychologically safe workplace, in which people feel safe to take risks and present new ideas, is a key factor in this process.

Help your organisation break down the barriers to real innovation.

Drawing on the work of Amy Edmonson and Psychological Safety UK, our Psychological Safety program supports the creation of a workplace culture in which staff feel encouraged to contribute ideas, make mistakes, and challenge others respectfully, without fear of being shamed, degraded or shut out.

Programs range from 90-minute introductory sessions to more comprehensive and practical half to full-day workshops.

Our workshop can be delivered in-house at your premises, ideally in small groups of 15-20. Online training options are also available. All our presenters are experienced facilitators, degree-qualified in adult education.

“Katherine presented to our team of 40 staff at our annual staff symposium and it was absolutely fantastic. Katherine was engaging and really helped all staff members relate better to each other. We were so impressed we wanted her back for a conference of 150 medical practice managers which also went really well. Very happy with the resources provided by Associated Employee Assistance Providers who helped arranged both the above plus follow up articles. Highly recommended.”
