There are no fixed terms or lock-in contracts because we believe Queensland employers deserve a flexible arrangement with lower overheads. Instead, you’ll only pay for what is provided, whether that’s seven employee counselling sessions or three or even none.

Because we represent a network of psychologists and counsellors, we have employee assistance professionals all over Queensland, from Mount Isa, Emerald and central Queensland to the far north and beyond.

Our physical offices are in Brisbane, but our professionals work statewide. If we’re not in your town or city, our services are also available online, meaning there’s no barrier to superior employee support.

Associated EAP generally charges on a pay-as-you-go basis, which means you only pay for the services actually provided to your staff. This could be as low as the cost of a few counselling sessions for a single employee. Unlike other providers, there are no large retainers and no set-up fees.

This model means we can offer small and medium-sized Queensland organisations the same level of EAP service provided to large corporate and government clients.

We can set up advanced metrics including quarterly reporting. We can also report on the primary reasons for referral as well as usage statistics to help you measure your outcomes and expenses.
